Aaron is so great! I wish I had hired him and Morris Air Electric sooner.
He explained my furnace issue in detail (and in layman’s terms), is great at problem-solving, and understands timeliness and how important communication is to a customer. I was thinking they wouldn’t be able to pencil me in for a few weeks but got me on the calendar the next day. I’ll definitely hire him again and have already begun scoping him out for other plumbing and electrical projects.
I also want to give a shout-out to Kyle (and Jesus) for doing a fantastic job on the installation of the furnace. He walked me through everything before and after the installation and made sure the job was done correctly before leaving. He also placed a new outlet in my garage that is an absolute game changer and allowed me to finally install my Christmas lights because my other outlets were too far. Thanks, Kyle!
