These are SUCH good people. From the office to the serviceman, they are very kind, honest, and warm. I had them come out for a quote on an old AC unit in my condo, and they gave me very straightforward information so that I could make a decision. They went above and beyond to explain and educate me so that I could choose from my options. If you want things done right and for very honest and open communication, this company is an excellent option.

Let me start by saying, how professional and what amazing work this company represents! Our AC unit went out on us last minute and our son caught a fever that same day, we were desperately looking for someone to get our AC unit working again. We contacted other companies for quotes and most of them wouldn’t respond back to us or they didn’t have any time, a friend of ours referred us to this company and immediately Aaron fit us into his schedule even though he was already booked and made it a point to come out himself to handle the problem. He was transparent with us about everything and was able to fix the problem on the spot, also his rates were a lot more reasonable than what we were getting quoted for. I highly recommend this company!!

Requested service because my heater wasn’t working. Set up an appointment within the next day they were here! Not only was the tech Danny on time but he was very knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. Just overall the guy you need when something goes wrong. We had Morris out for a Furnace safety check because another company said I needed a new system. I can’t say enough about how great they were. They were on time. They looked at my 15-year-old furnace and educated me on what was wrong with it. Although they gave me the option to replace it, they also gave me an option for a repair that could get me a few more years. I ended up getting the repair and plan to use them for the replacement when the time comes. Thank you for your honesty and dedication to serving others. Even the owner called me to make sure the appointment answered all my questions. I would give 100 stars if I could!

From start to finish, everyone was professional, polite, and respectful with very reasonable and fair pricing. These guys are extremely knowledgeable in this field and I’m so glad I used them. Listen, you may need a new AC unit, and you definitely need servicing, so get these guys out to at least make sure your air conditioning is working safely and properly- it’s critical! Aaron is so great! I wish I had hired him and Morris Air Electric sooner. He explained my furnace issue in detail (and in layman’s terms), is great at problem-solving, and understands timeliness and how important communication is to a customer. I was thinking they wouldn’t be able to pencil me in for a few weeks but got me on the calendar the next day. I’ll definitely hire him again and have already begun scoping him out for other plumbing and electrical projects. I also want to give a shout-out to Kyle (and Jesus) for doing a fantastic job on the installation of the furnace. He walked me through everything before and after the installation and made sure the job was done correctly before leaving. He also placed a new outlet in my garage that is an absolute game changer and allowed me to finally install my Christmas lights because my other outlets were too far. Thanks, Kyle!
